Hi there, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dee and I’ve been a shift worker for more than 20 years. During that time I struggled to enjoy a good nights sleep, Every day felt like I was suffering from jet-lag. I used stimulants (energy drinks, caffeine and more) to stay alert during the day and sleeping tablets to try and sleep at night.
After so many years of struggling I decided that I needed to find more natural alternatives.

From the moment I could walk I was always involved in sports. I was active even when not playing sports. When I reached adulthood, most of my sporting pursuits took a backseat to my career (AKA SHIFT WORK).
In time I realised that my health was suffering and I needed to do something about it ASAP!
Becoming a Certified Personal Trainer was my first step.
